About MKSK Consulting
MKSK Consulting is a UK-based Oracle Cloud HCM consultancy. We provide specialist Oracle HCM consulting services and develop software that helps HR, payroll and implementation teams reduce manual effort, delivery risk and dependency on scarce specialist resources.
Our products include:
- FormulaX: an AI-assisted tool that helps generate, explain and validate Oracle HCM Fast Formulas.
- ScheduleX: a work-schedule solution that helps organisations design, validate and load complex work patterns into Oracle HCM.
The role
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Executive to create new sales opportunities for FormulaX and ScheduleX. This is not a data-entry or list-building role. You must be comfortable starting conversations, qualifying prospects, booking demonstrations and supporting opportunities through the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lists of Oracle HCM end-client organisations.
- Identify relevant buyers, including Heads of Payroll, HR Systems leaders, HRIS Directors, Oracle HCM Product Owners and Transformation Leads.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn and telephone.
- Qualify Oracle HCM usage, relevant business pain, buying process and next steps.
- Book and attend qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with MKSK technical consultants during demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently after meetings and help progress opportunities toward commercial discussion and signature.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity history, next actions and forecast dates.
- Provide weekly activity and pipeline reporting.
Required experience
- Proven B2B SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, HR technology or IT-services sales experience.
- Experience selling or prospecting into the UK, US or Middle East.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confident cold-calling senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience using a CRM and tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
- Organised, responsive and able to evidence activity and pipeline progression.
- Able to work with meaningful overlap with UK business hours.
Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, payroll technology or HR transformation is advantageous.
Compensation
- Fixed contractor fee of up to US$500 per month, depending on experience and location.
- Initial two-month paid trial with clear performance gates and weekly reviews.
- FormulaX: 3% of first-year net revenue collected on self-sourced deals; this may increase up to 5% where the salesperson genuinely owns discovery and commercial follow-up through close.
- ScheduleX: 4% of first-year net revenue collected on self-sourced deals.
- Commission is payable only on signed and paid customer business and is subject to the written contractor agreement.
What success looks like
- Outreach live within the first working week.
- Accurate CRM usage and evidence-based reporting.
- Relevant buyer conversations and accepted qualified meetings.
- Opportunities progressing to discovery, demonstration, business case or commercial discussion.
